How can we help you?

When it comes to the SpicyNodes kitchen, there are never too many cooks. Implementing SpicyNodes is straightforward, but there may be times when you can use a hand from a master chef.

Help us with the bugs!

Found a bug? Yuck! We may be the first chefs in history to admit to having bugs in the kitchen. But that’s what beta testing is all about. We appreciate your help in creating your own nodes and helping us to find those pesky critters. We’ll be forever grateful if you take a peek at our bug tips and then take the time to complete a bug report. We’ll try to get rid of the pests in a jiffy.

Four fabulous support tools

Every great dish starts with a recipe, which is why we’ve developed the SpicyNodes cookbook. There, you’ll find a Quick Start guide, as well as guides for students, teachers, developers, copywriters, and academics. This is the first place you’ll want to look when you have questions.

Need a quick answer? If so, you’ll want to visit our discussion forum, where you can search for an answer or post a question to others in the SpicyNodes Community.

If you still can’t find the answer you need, please contact us. Although priority one-on-one email support will eventually be available only to Enterprise Gold members, during SpicyNodes’ beta phase, we’re happy to help Community and Enterprise Basic members as well.

Have a question about implementing SpicyNodes? We offer executives, managers, and site owners a full range of support options. Our cookbook provides recipes for sitemaps, site content, mind maps, and other uses.

Need more help? In the future, we’ll serve the needs of our members through offering expert assistance and referrals to third-party providers. Read more about this future program and how it can help you.

No one likes bugs in the kitchen. And we’re doing all we can to squish them all. If you encounter a technical glitch or problem you can’t resolve, we’re happy to help. Please consult our cookbook, but if that doesn’t help, scan our bug tips and complete a bug report.

Need a quick tip or a full
tutorial? Our cookbook gives you the tools for everything you want to dish out.
