Is it possible to add other people to a spicey node to work on it kinda like a google doc?

You can transfer ownership of a node map to another user (make sure they have an account before you transfer), or premium accounts allow sharing. Not concurrent editing like google docs, but you can easy make edits, and then a colleague can edit from their account.
